Professor Viranjay M Srivastava

Viranjay-Srivastava
  Professor Srivastava has a Doctorate in the field of RF Microelectronics and VLSI Design, Masters in VLSI design, and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. He is also experienced in the fabrication of devices and development of circuit design.

He has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in the area of VLSI design, RFIC design, and Analog IC design. He has supervised various Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate theses.

He is a senior member of IEEE, and member of IEEE-HKN, IITPSA, ACEEE and IACSIT. He has worked as a reviewer for various Journals and Conferences. He has is authored/co-authored more than 130 scientific contributions including articles in international refereed Journals and Conferences. He has also written several books, including:1) Characterization of C-V curves and Analysis, Using VEE Pro Software: After Fabrication of MOS Device, and 2) MOSFET Technologies for Double-Pole Four Throw Radio Frequency Switch, Springer International Publishing, Switzerland, October 2013.
